2ème Grimpette des Posettes

In association with the municipality of Vallorcine, the Chamonix Mont Blanc Marathon (CMBM) is organising the first edition of the Ultramontée des Posettes , on the occasion of the Village Festival

The Ultra Montée des Posettes features four race formats, all starting at the base of the Vallorcine gondola.
- La Montée à Dédé: timed straight climb
- Le Petit Ours: continuous climbing for 3 hours
- L’Ours Brun: continuous climbs for 4 hours
- La Grizzly: continuous climbs for 6 hours

You’ll climb as far as your legs will take you and enjoy the cable car rides down to admire the Emosson Dam and the Aiguilles Rouges massif.

There’s also the 1st Grimpounette des Posettes for kids.
Race for ages 7–10 at 11:45 a.m.
Race for ages 11–14 at 12:00 p.m.
