Atelier de danse : Nos muscles

The association BALLANDO proposes this Sunday, December 8 ‘OUR MUSCLES’ a dance workshop to explore our relationship with movement related to our muscles from 2 to 5 pm in Chamonix at the Majestic. Workshop open to all, no level required, from 14 years 

Come experienced how we can use, or not, our muscles, what they serve us how to solicited them effectively...

The workshop will be led by Julie MANG kinesitherapist, member of the Physio Sport team in Chamonix and Romaine Cochet dance teacher state diploma in contemporary dance.
