Trail journée découverte -Cie des guides Chamonix

Throughout the day, we’ll be exploring a stunning setting along alpine trails, through forests and within nature reserves, combining trail running with the chance to discover the valley’s most beautiful spots.

As you make your way along the route, you’ll benefit from the technical guidance of a mountain guide from the Compagnie des Guides de Chamonix.

Equipped with the specialist gear required for mountain running (a lightweight rucksack, poles, trail running shoes), the group will discuss training equipment and techniques at key points along the route.

A welcome lunch break is scheduled for midday. Depending on the weather, the runners’ ability and their expectations, the route may be adjusted on a day-to-day basis.
