No need to be a yoga expert for this activity, the practices are simple, the aim being to introduce you to this discipline but above all to offer you a moment where body, mind and nature become one, to just appreciate the present moment.

Family yoga hike (children aged 3 and over accompanied by a parent):
A moment of family sharing to practice Yoga and Acroyoga in a rejuvenating environment. You'll make natural Mandalas and develop your creativity.
