Fête des Guides - Cortège de bateaux sur l'Arve

Created in 1924 to generate financial support for the Chamonix guides’ relief fund, the “Fête des Guides” has become one of the major yearly events of the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley.

Boat parade on the Arve River by the rafting team of the Chamonix Guides Company.

9:30 pm – From the Chamonix rafting base to Les Bossons.
The White Water Base invites you to enjoy a parade of illuminated boats departing from the Chamonix rafting base and arriving at Les Bossons.
For your safety, please watch the parade only from the riverbanks and bridges.
