In winter, cross country tracts are just in front of the chalet. This is why you have to leave your car at 70meters away. There is a sledge at your disposal for you to put your luggage on.

Get around Vallorcine easily in winter : 

A shuttle bus runs every day between the cablecar and the Poya ski area. It serves several stops (Plan droit, Le Nant, Les Biolles, Le Couteray).

You can also take the Mont-Blanc Express train between Vallorcine and Chamonix with the guest card that will be given to you at check-in.
